Types of work
We offer a wide range of tailored consultancy, project delivery, advice and training for agencies working in the following areas: children and young people's participation, community safety and crime prevention, open spaces and the environment, housing and regeneration, health and play.

Training courses
We can run courses to help agencies involve children and young people in the organisation's general work, in service development, planning, delivery and evaluation and in recruitment and selection. We can also tailor training to meet staff's specific learning needs.

Project delivery
CNL can work with agencies on consultation, participation, peer researcher and video projects, all of which are developed in partnership with the organisation.

Bespoke consultancy
Agencies can commission CNL consultants on a daily basis to support them in involving children and young people in service planning, development, delivery and evaluation, or to undertake other work.
