This is an in-depth course and consists of the following:

• Effective communication with children and young people
• Consultation and participation methods
• Best practice case studies.

It is aimed at professionals working with children and young people who want to involve them in service development, delivery and evaluation.

Involving children and young people in recruitment and selection
This in-depth training course focuses on the following:

• Benefits and challenges of involving children and young people in recruitment and selection
• Developing guidelines and policies
• Training and supporting children and young people in recruitment and selection processes
• Evaluating the process.
